CD PROJEKT RED is thrilled to announce that at the 20th British Academy Game Awards, the development team behind Cyberpunk 2077 was honored with the Evolving Game award.
The prestigious awards ceremony, held on April 11th at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in London, recognized the outstanding achievements of the top games of 2023 and the talented developers behind them. The event was broadcasted live on major social and streaming platforms worldwide.
During the ceremony, CD PROJEKT RED’s team members, including Maciej Włodarkiewicz (VP, Central Production), Agata Tokarska (Acting Lead Producer), Tomasz Herbrich (Publishing Tech QA Acting Lead), and Monika Janowska (Senior Producer), proudly accepted the BAFTA Award for Evolving Game. In his acceptance speech, Maciej Włodarkiewicz expressed gratitude to the entire team for their dedication and perseverance, acknowledging the challenges they faced throughout Cyberpunk 2077’s development journey. He emphasized the importance of community support in achieving this milestone.
